Summary: Bonjour! I really enjoyed my stay at the Villa Berlioz. All the staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and kind. With a special thank you to Alexia at the front desk for breaking stuff down in english and being so helpful. My room was very clean, tidy and just perfect for my needs. The hotel was easy to find and very central to many places, restaurants, metro and bus station. If I am ever in Lyon again definitely would look forward to visiting Villa Berlioz again. A lovely bunch keep up the good work. Mercì beaucoup.
